Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to limit expansion of PEIA participation by employers that are not the State, its boards, agencies, commissions, departments, institutions, or spending units, county boards of education, charter schools, or other employers that are currently participating in PEIA plans. PEIA doesn’t anticipate any fiscal impact from limiting expansion of enrollment of new non-State Agencies.
