House Bill 2764 if enacted. Would permit the State Building Commission or the Higher Education Policy Commission to request and receive money from the Investment Management Board for projects authorized by this code and approved by the Joint Committee on Government and Finance and the Governor. The savings realized from the enactment of this legislation would depend upon a debt issuance’s interest rates in relation to market rates. No additional costs are associated with this bill.
