The Division of Juvenile Services reports that only 3 offenders in their custody are adult commitments. Although there would be a one-time cost to immediately transfer these inmates into our custody when they hit the age of 18, they typically end up being transferred to WVDOC custody eventually. Therefore, the WV Division of Corrections estimates that this proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact
