This bill would allow the Department of Administration to sale real estate located in Buffalo Creek, Logan County, West Virginia. This property has been vacant for some time and is of no use to the State of West Virginia due to it’s location. The Department of Administration is concerned with liability issues if the property is kept and wishes to sell the property.

The exact revenue that will be generated with the sale of the property is unknown as the property has not yet been appraised. However, we anticipate that the property would be worth approximately $100,000.00. The costs associated with the actual sale are also unknown but should be minimal.
