Cost to defend license denials at circuit court level, instead of through the admnistrative may increase. Presently, appeals to circuit courts are on the record developed at the administrative level. |
| There are additional criteria for review that may require additional time for the commissioner to decide whether or not to issue a license. This bill requires a decision within 30 days. Sixty days may be more conducive to close review of the criteria for licensure under this proposed bill. |
