Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
| House Bill 2236 would cap remuneration for senior status magistrates to $20,000 annually. No impact on costs or revenues of state government is expected as a result of the passage of House Bill 2236. It is, however, not possible to project the need to use senior status magistrates and therefore, it is not possible to advise whether or not the Bill would result in savings. No impact on revenue would result from this Bill. |
