Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this legislation is expand the economic development activities of the WV Jobs Investment Trust Fund. The proposed legislation extends the New Millennium Fund non-incentive tax credit program for another five years and creates the West Virginia Capital Access II Program.
