Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this legislation is expand the economic development activities of the WV Jobs Investment Trust Fund. Since the WVJIT is not part of the Development Office it has no fiscal impact on agency operations. The only tie seems to be is that the Secretary Commerce as well as our Director of Small Business is on the board of this newly created program.
