Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The legislation as drafted can be administered by existing staff at an estimated cost of approximately $200 for an issuing fee and inspection of commercial outfitter equipment.
At this time we are aware of only one commercial whitewater outfitter that is interested in a commercial license for this section of the Upper New River. This one license would generate $500 in additional annual revenue.
