Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):


The annual cost saving is based on reduction of paper forms and postage due to more voters using the electronic voter registration application. The estimated one time cost is based on quotes from vendors and using actual statewide training cost incurred for similar training conducted in February of 2012
