Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The legislation, if enacted, will be under the direction of the Parkways Authority. If, in the future, the Division of Highways (DOH) would construct new toll roads, we will enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Parkways Authority.
Currently there is no financial impact on the DOH.
