Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
There will be no additional lost revenue as the result of this legislation. Administratively, the Division of Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation Section, can presently authorize the use of recreational facilities in exchange for volunteer services. Creation of a program in State Code, however, could conceivably result in unknown costs including, but not restricted to, additional tools and equipment, potential liability, additional training and supervision, etc. These added potential costs cannot be determined at this time.
