    Senate Bill 270 authorizes the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) to promulgate a legislative rule relating to provider-sponsored networks.
    
    This function would be within the scope of the normal regulatory responsibilities of the OIC and does not create additional costs to the agency.
