Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The bill would require a special eledction anytime "None of the Above" receives the highest numbers of votes for a statewide office. Since there are no scheduled statewide election until 2016 there would be no affect on cost until 2016.
If a special election is required in 2016 the cost is estimated at $3,410,821.
