    The purpose of this bill is to make english the official language of West Virginia. Although West Virginia may not have a law that makes english the official language, english is the language that is most widely used. Therefore, there should be no fiscal impact with the passage of the bill.

If they had been required to provide in another language it could have created additional costs.
