Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
| The purpose of this bill is to amend and reenact several code sections related to the Rural Health Initiatives. The bill also discontinues the Rural Health Advisory Committee and assigns its duties to the Vice Chancellor for Health Sciences. In addition, the requirement to create primary health care education sites is deleted. There is no anticipated fiscal impact from the enactment of this legislation because costs will not exceed the current appropriated amount. |
