    House Bill 4078 requires each higher education governing board to cooperate with the West Virginia Network for Educational Telecomputing (WVNET) in designing appropriate interfaces with the databases of instituitons under its jurisdiction. It also requires the governing boards to grant WVNET direct access to these databases. No additional costs are associated with this bill.
