Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
| The purpose of this bill is to extend the dates of termination and resignation of school personnel from February 1 to March 1, extend the dates of transfers and the rehiring of probationary personnel from March 15 to April 15, extend the dates of written notification of retirement for classroom teachers to be eligible for the $500 bonus from December 1 to January 15, and move the latest date that a professional personnel may transfer to another position from five days prior to the beginning of the instructional term to 20 days prior to the beginning of the term. |
