The West Virginia Regional Jail & Corectional Facility Authority would need to hire additional correctional staff if the West Virginia Division of Corrections does not provide correctional officers to handle inmate movement and class monitoring.

One correctional officer per facility except for the Northern Regional Jail at a starting salary of $22,584.00 plus benefits at 30% ($6,775.20) = $29,359.20.
