Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
His salary will increase from $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 for a total increase of $25,000.00 in Personal Services. Benefits will need to increase $5,875.00 to cover social security, workers' compensation and retirement for a total needed of $30,875.00. There will be no increase to current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs or revenues. The only variance would be any increase in social security/medicare matching or retirement in the future.
