Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
| This bill increases the amount the Supreme Court of Appeals is authorized to compensate secretary-clerks and case coordinators serving the family court system. This legislation is needed because the family court system is aging and some employees have exceeded the caps as a result of statutory across-the-board pay increases for state employees. This bill has no fiscal impact on the Supreme Court of Appeals because it simply extends the cap. |
