| SB 291 would authorize the Insurance Commissioner to promulgate a legislative rule relating to workers' compensation insurance for state agencies.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on the twenty-eighth day of July, two thousand eleven, authorized under the authority of section ten article two, chapter thirty-three, of this code, relating to the Insurance Commissioner (Workers' Compensation Insurance for state agencies, 114 CSR 94), is authorized. SB 291 would have a nominal impact on the revenues and expenditures of state government as they directly relate to the regulatory responsibilities of the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner (NO fiscal impact.) |
