Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
| The purpose of this bill is to incorporate the salary equity schedules within Code which are currently being maintained by the Department of Education, and to authorize the Department of Education to include within its appropriation request for the Public School Support Program the amount of funding required to achieve salary equity should it be determined that the county salary schedules are not within equity.
There will not be any additional cost to incorporate the salary equity schedules within Code. |
