This bill requires county assessors to provide real estate appraisers access to commercial and residential review documents. They may charge a fee of no more than $3.00 per form. The passage of this bill would have no fiscal impact on the Department of Administration.

Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
Although this bill does not have a fiscal impact on the Department of Administration, it would have a fiscal impact on the County Assessors. I suggest a fiscal note be sent to them. Also, the passage of this bill would assist the Department of Administration's Real Estate Division.
