    This bill clarifies that the probation officers are authorized to supervise sex offenders until such time that a multi-judicial officer is available to do so. It has no fiscal impact on the Judiciary.

Memorandum


    This bill just clarifies the duties of the court's probation officer. Since these officers are already employed by the Judiciary, then there is no fiscal impact on the State.
