Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The Division of Labor has no knowledge of how many zip lines are located in the state. The bill requires a permit fee of up to $100.00, payable no more than twice annually. The revenue generated by this bill will be minimal compared to the anticipated cost to operate the program. The cost to operate the program will incrase the state government general revenue costs.
