| The Water Development Authority (WDA) serves as the administrative agency for the Department of Environmental Protection's Clean Water State Revolving Fund, a financial manager for the Bureau for Public Health Drinking Water Treatment Fund, and as fiduciary for the Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council.
In addition, WDA manages various loan programs. As stated in Section 1, reference to funding, WDA does not receive any State funding. |
