This legislation should not have been sen to the WV Development Office, because it applies to to Tourism Development Loans to be made by the West Virginia Economic Development Authority. The WV Economic Development Authority is no longer a part of the Development Office. It is a stand alone agency. This fiscal note request should have been sent to David Warner the Director of the WVEDA.
