Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The bill will require that the first $80 Million in the current year's revenue shortfall reserve fund be transferred to the State Road Fund for completion of the WV 35.
The impact is an increase of $80 Million in the State Road Fund and a loss to the Revenue Shortfall Reserve Fund.
