| Based on trend analysis of 2001-2010 timbering licenses, an annual revenue increase of $60,750 is anticipated from implementation of this amendment as introduced. This additional revenue can be used to fund an Office Assistant who currently handles timbering licenses and whose job function is covered by the Logging Sediment Control Act. |
