Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Senate Bill 330, if approved, would require the hiring of additional staff within the Higher Education Policy Commission. The bill also requires several contracted studies ranging from a market salary analysis to an audit of compliance with best practices by institutions in regard to human resources. Staff estimates these studies will cost $250,000 combined.
