    SB246, if enacted, would add Salem University as an eligible institution. An eligible institution that changed its status from a private, not-for-profit institution would not be become ineligible. It is estimated that 15 additional students may receive the Promise Scholarship as a result of this change. The total annual cost associated with this bill is approximately $71,000.
