Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

    This bill just defines "appropriate hearing officer" for juvenile drug courts. Currently, all circuit judges and family court judges operating drug courts do so volunarily. He or She does not receive any additional compensation for initiating or overseeing a speciality court. Therefore, this bill has no fiscal impact on the Judiciary.
