Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The above estimate is based on data supplied by teh county clerks, WV Association of Counties, and data compiled by the Secretary of State's Office. Expenditures will include reimbursements for pollworkers, ballot production and publication, facilities and equipment rentals, and other overhead and indirect costs incurred by teh counties and state. No fiscal impact from this event is expected beyond this event.
