| This legislation would require the redesign and redistribution of policy information, reference materials, forms, and brochures. The changes to these materials would cause a fiscal impact, however the impact would be minimal and absorbed in the budget for the fiscal year that the changes become effective.
Technical flaw: WV code §27-2A-1(b) has a remaining reference to "mental retardation" in the first sentence. "Any new mental health centers and comprehensive mental retardation facilities…" |
