Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to ensure uniformity in the valuation of used motor vehicles for assessment purposes by requiring that they be valued at the "clean loan" and "clean trade-in" value as established in a nationally accepted used car guide.
There would be no revenue impact on the State or local governments. This bill simply codifies current practice.
There would be no additional administrative costs.
