Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):


This statement has been corrected. The original fiscal note submitted on 1/19/2010 said that there were 2300 shipping sites. The correct number is 230 as given in the statement below. All other information in the fiscal note and in the statement below were correct as originally submitted. It is anticipated that the sale of shipper's permits could not be implemented prior to fiscal 2011. There are approximately 230 shipper sites in West Virginia. At $100 per shipper permit per site the anticipated annual revenue is $23,000.
