HB 2425 requires workers on public improvement projects be provided health insurance as a benefit of employment. There is no fiscal impact as the proposal relates to the regulatory responsibilities of the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
A separate fiscal note response from the State's Purchasing Division has been requested.
