Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
Increase in personal services by $600,000.00 for the per diem and $50,000.00 for Social Security and Medicare benefits.
Memorandum
They will be paid through the EPICS payroll system and have Social Security and Medicare withheld and matched by this agency just as the Veterans Council. They will receive W-2's and the money will be taxable.
