Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Passage of this legislation would require an additional assessment on criminal fines or penalties which have been assessed against any person, partnership, corporation or limited liability company for the violation of any state law equal to 10 percent. Although it would require extra effort on behalf of the staff, this stipulation would not have any fiscal impact on the Supreme Court of Appeals.
