The Division of Juvenile Services does not house those individuals unless they commited their offense prior to their eighteenth birthday. |

As the legislation is written there will be no additional costs to the Division of Juvenile Services. If the legislation is changed to include all persons regardless of age who are arrested on a felony charge the costs would be minimal (collection supplies and mailing costs) unless the Division were to be designated as an Adminstrative Center. |
