Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

During the 2006 Regular Session, the Legislature enacted House Bill No. 2016 which increased the number of deputy clerks the West Virginia Supreme Court could appoint from 62 to 72. Therefore, a new deputy clerk has already been appointed to serve Braxton County. This bill should not be considered for passage.
