Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This bill will have no overall impact to the costs and revenues of state government. Currently, revenues generated by Department of Agriculture Pesticides compliance activities, approximately $30,000 annually, are deposited into General Revenue. This bill will direct the revenues generated by these activities to be deposited into the appropriate Special Revenue fund to be used toward the financial support of the mandated activities of the Department of Agriculture.
