Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
Memorandum
Per CTO, Kyle Schafer, the Governor's Office of Technology will not be fiscally impacted by HB 2558. This is due to the fact that we already have in place personnel from OT to perform DOD standard wipe before releasing computers.
Please note: Purchasing Division - Surplus Property is the agency affected fiscally.
