Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
In so far as the West Virginia Education and State Employees Grievance Board is concerned there will be little or no fiscal impact on our budget. Employees of the Regional Jail system already utilize the Grievance Procedure, with the exception of Managment and Administrative personnel. This agency does not have access to any other data or information which would address the fiscal impact of this Bill. Such query should be made to other agencies which would have direct information on the impact of applying civil service to Jail employees.
