Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to require the Department of Health and Human Resources to maintain information for public dissemination relative to judicial bypasses to the requirement of parental notification relative to abortions performed on minors.
The Department anticipates additional costs of $1,000 associated with the passage of this bill. The costs result from the need for minor changes to the forms that are currently being used to allow for the collection of parental waiver information.
