    The passage of this measure creates no additional costs to the WV Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority; however, it will save the counties approximately $306,617.00(6322 1st time DUI Offenders x $48.50)) in jail fees while simultaneously reducing the Authority's operating budget by the same amount.
