Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Electronic Signature will allow citizens and businesses of the State to make electronic filings that were previously impossible because of the requirement of original signatures.
This will be a savings to the State that will be greater than any cost that might be incurred. Savings will result from less paper handling and storage.
