Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
| This Bill would permit the Administrative Director to increase the salaries of family court secretary-clerks from their current levels to a maximum of $35,000 annually. Current salaries are not uniform as is shown in the attached table (sent by e-mail). The lack of uniformity is due to the statutory experience provisions. Since we do not know how the Court would exercise this new authority, we show the cost of increasing all secretary-clerks'salaries to the maximum $35,000 level. It is assumed that such increases would occur on July 1, 2005. |
