Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
TO IMPLEMENT THIS PROGRAM WVOES WILL NEED TO HIRE 2 EMPLOYEES. ONE PROGRAM PERSON AT A SALARY OF $39,000 PLUS BENEFITS OF $17,160. ALSO WILL NEED ONE FISCAL PERSON AT A SALARY OF $29,000 PLUS BENEFITS OF $12,760. ALL OTHER EXPENSES CAN BE ABSORBED AT THE AGENCY LEVEL.
